Where can I find my tracking number?

  • When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

  • The return delivery cost is borne by the purchaser, and EASYFEET may provide a return label for a refund (the label cost will be deducted from the refund).
  • For exchanges, the return cost is borne by the purchaser, but EASYFEET covers the cost of re-shipping for one exchange per order.
