I enjoy outdoor activities during the summer, I usually take a hike on a trail near where I live in the morning, and on weekends I would go further with my family into the woods. These are great additions to my hiking boots, sometimes when you step on hard rock or really thick tree root, the insole that came with the shoes are not soft are absorbent, now that I have these, I don't feel much when walking on a treacherous terrain, whether it to be moderate or hard level of hiking trails, as long as I have enough time, I am up for the challenge. Love them.
I ordered the insoles to provide extra cushioning and support for outdoor activities. I was glad they included a size chart to help trim the size of the cushion if necessary to fit in your shoe. The best part I found was that the size was already the exact size I needed for my 11.5 sized foot, so no trimming was needed. I removed my prior insoles and easily inserted the new ones. I immediately noticed how comfortable they were and that I could tell a difference in the amount of cushioning compared to my prior brand. I am pleased with the purchase and recommend others make sure to choose the right size option so they can benefit from a good fit as well.
Just in case you DO have to trim yours down, the box comes with instructions AND a template for you to follow. I feel pretty confident recommending these, if you need to replace your current insoles!
Have been using shoe insoles for a while because of foot pain and was always looking for a better option. This pair of insoles really amazed me. They have not only arch support but also thick cushions at both front and back. They were much more comfortable than those I was using. They are a bit hard so it was not easy to insert into shoes. On the other side, the hardness made the insoles stay in place and in shape. I would like a pair of this insoles for all of my shoes.
did not have to trim (my boots are 8.5 US), and the insoles slid in with just a bit of coaxing, meaning to me, that they are just the right fit. Have used them for a few months now, and very satisfied.

Perfect fit for replacing the original insoles in my Merrill hiking boots. Didn’t even need to cut them down. They feel cushioned and the arch support is perfect as well. I’m looking forward to getting many hikes in in comfort with these new insoles in place.
I recently did a closet inventory and discovered that I own a LOT of shoes. To keep them comfortable and my feet healthier, I have insoles for most of them, but I have found that I end up gravitating to certain shoes due to the insoles in place. I also tend not to rotate the insoles around, so some shoes get some unfair wear.
Upon receiving these, I immediately took off my current shoes (some basic sneaker-style shoes whose current insole, while decently comfortable, was feeling a little flat and not supporting my arch as much as I'd like), yanked out the insoles, and popped these "Superior Comfort Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis Relief" in place. The difference was immediate and noticeable: the arch was more pronounced without being painful (I tend to have higher arches), and the rest actually feels a bit cushiony, a trick that many other padded and squishy insoles completely fail to do.
After using them for a few days and a few extended walks, they've held up well (admittedly it's a short-term test) and continue to feel good on my feet while holding things in place well.
On a side note, I tend to wear 12.5 to 13 shoes (size 47 EU sizing), and the 'L' size of this, listed for mens 11-12.5, fit well without trimming or a noticeable gap.
I've gone through quite a few insoles, and they aren't cheap, so I'm happy to have found a set that shows such promise. If they hold up well, I'll be replacing more of my other shoes' insoles with these, as they are among some of the best and most comfortable I've tried.
I have used various shoe inserts for many years to increase the height of the arch. I have bone spurs and with a good arch support, it is no problem. I tried the Hiking insoles in my Skechers shoes and they seem to work well. I haven't noticed any pain problems using these inserts.
Ordinarily I put the arch supports under the inserts that come with the shoes. In this case I put them over the shoe inserts and they do come out at times when taking the shoes on/off if I don't open the laces enough. I would guess that these hiking insoles would work very well for hiking. I'm in my 70's and don't do much hiking at this point but a lot of walking in the yard, etc.

Wow! These are fantastic. I have incredibly flat feet and was intended to wear these when I was nine, but they caused me a lot of pain because my bones were still delicate and not fully developed (I wish I had worn them to save all this misery as an adult!) However, I got these yesterday and have been wearing them all day today (about 5 hours while shopping) and they are amazing! They provide so much support for my flat foot that I've recently been experiencing a lot of pain in my ankles and feet! These helped me so much today, and I didn't have any discomfort! I recently returned to the gym, which has put a strain on my feet, and I'm looking forward to getting back to it.
These are fairly thick and cushioned. They provide good heel support and add cushion to the rest of your foot, with a higher arch. I used them in a size 10 hiking boot and they fit okay without trimming. It can probably be trimmed in the thin section by the toes if it doesn’t fit. These inserts help add some support especially for shoes that are getting worn down. Overall they are easy to install and comfortable to wear.

The insoles fit well but due to his feet being pretty wide, he does feel that he's walking on the outer edges a bit although he said he has had much worse and it's not uncomfortable but this might not be for people with extra wide feet.
The arch support is fantastic and the insoles are 'springy' to walk on. They feel very comfortable.
He would recommend them and he's especially impressed with the arch support.
Makes my safety toe boots feel brand new and the support in all of the right places, my feet don't hurt after working all day like the standard sole or other soles I've tried. No other sole compares to the comfort, support, or variety than this companies soles.
These may seem like they are a little pricey but they are worth every penny. Very comfortable in my lightweight hiking boots. I bought a second set for my summer boots.
My partner told me he needed a new pair of insoles for his hiking boots. Within a week, these appeared on my recommended list. I knew itight be a long shot, but I ordered them anyway for him to try out. There was no trimming needed, in his case. When he took out the current insoles, these fit in perfectly. He's worn them for a few days now, just to make sure they still felt as good after walking awhile as they did when he first put them in, and he says they're really comfortable! The arch support is what makes it, in his case.
To start off with, arch support insoles can be pretty hit or miss as they largely depend on the person and the shoes they are wearing. It may take a couple of tries/brands for you to find the right fit. The best option is to get custom orthotics, but those are incredibly expensive. Then you have these types, generic versions that are budget friendly but not perfectly customized. But if you are experiencing feet pain from flat feet or Plantar Fasciitis then it is worth it to find something that works for you - and your shoe. Personally I tend to use 2 different brands, 1 brand in my day to day shoes and another in my hiking boots, as they both provide arch support for my feet but do not work well in every shoe.
These insoles happened to work for me, but there is no guarantee they will work for you. I would try a sports store first to try them out before committing to an insole. Arch wise, they tend to be a bit on the bigger side, I would say a bigger arch than the blue superfeet arches but smaller than the big green superfeet arches. They are designed to be trimmed down, so don't feel bad about cutting the ends a bit so they fit better in your shoe. If you suffer from feet pain, I strongly recommend that you invest in some insoles because they make a world of difference, although it may be a bit tough to find a pair that works for you and your preferred shoe. Shoes considered "stability" shoes tend to be better for people with Plantar Fasciitis, so I would look into that too.
I have this insole in all my shoes that allow insoles - sandals don't work. My feet are so flat I add a small additional arch to these but it makes these perfect for me. I can use the useless insole that comes with the shoe as a template to trim these to fit my shoes. I throw these in the washer with warm water and hang them out to dry. I have noticed an almost $10 price increase! YIKES! But these are really great insoles and my feet are really FLAT! I get grouchy when my feet hurt, so this is a good investment and I am happy.
I am 55 at about 275 lbs. I have purchased about 5 pairs of these inserts and have used them for several months. I have even started to buy them when I purchase a pair of shoes. Helps a lot!
I put these insoles in my running shoes (which are really walking shoes) after trimming them to fit. I didn't use the lines on the underside of the insole, I just held the insole that came with the shoes against the new one and cut to fit. I accidentally cut off a little too much from one insole, but that didn't end up to be a problem because my toes don't go to the very tips of my shoes. Once the shoes were on, I couldn't feel my mistake.
The original shoe insoles were already pretty cushiony, so I didn't feel much difference with these. Where I did feel a difference was at the balls of the feet. The extra cushioning felt weird at first but I got use to it very quickly. The arch support on these insoles was better than the original insoles, so that also improved the comfort of the shoes.
I think these would be more beneficial in a shoe or boot that doesn't already come with a cushioned insole. However, when I tried putting the insoles in one of my pairs of boots (fashion boots, not work or hiking boots), the insole was too thick and made the boots too tight.
I have high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis. These are the best fitting, most comfortable arch supports I've ever found and stop the pain. They do the job and are so much cheaper than custom orthotics. I highly recommend them.
These inserts are easy to trim to size. The large was perfect for a men's size 11.5. They have great arch support and feel comfortable! I would order these again!

issues due to harming back and I need to walk with bolsters but I requested these in trust they may help.I put them in slip on ballet performer fashion shoes I wear most days and at to begin with I thought they didn't fit appropriately since you've got a little crevice at side between shoe and insole but my spouse says it's since of way they are molded and you can't feel when wearing shoes.I have been utilize them regular for about 2 weeks and I can truly say they have made a contrast and my curves have no hurts at all and heel torment has been so much better.Because of way formed they do make your shoes more tightly but in my case really more comfortable than were previously.I will proceed to wear as I truly do feel benefitting me.
After being quoted crazy prices in a foot store, we selected these from descriptions. They are doing the job for my husband. He has pain relief for when walking our pets. They are staying in place with no slippage in the shoe. They are sturdier than other over the counter flimsy ones. We will reorder if they ever wear out!
Most comfortable inserts I've found for high arches. I've gone through several brands. I like these better than Powerstep and FootScientific.
I've tried all 3 Black/Red, Onyx, and Mount. They seem to be different in firmness. I mainly use Onyx for my slippers
I love my new insoles, I put them in my walking boots because they were too thick to fit in any of my other shoes, I went on an out door hike today and the new insoles were incredibly pleasant, I didn't have the usual foot and toe pain that I've had with previous insoles I've tried!
