FAQ

Do I need to remove the original insoles from my shoes?
Yes. Remove the existing shoe insoles and replace them with EASYFEET insoles for the best fit.

How do I choose the right size?
Remove the original insole from your shoe and compare it with the EASYFEET size chart. If your shoes are between sizes, order the larger size and trim only the toe area if needed.

Are EASYFEET insoles standard length and width?
The length is standard across EASYFEET models. Width is standard for most models and varies by size. This model uses the standard EASYFEET width by size.

How long do EASYFEET insoles usually last?
Usually, insoles last around six months to a year, depending on body weight, activity type, frequency of use, and visible wear.

Can I wash these insoles?
Machine washing or soaking is not recommended. Clean the insoles with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Are these insoles waterproof?
No. This product is not waterproof.

What if the insoles squeak?
Squeaking can happen because of friction between the insole and the shoe. Try another pair of shoes or add a small amount of talcum powder inside the shoe where the orthotic contacts the shoe material.

Customer photo review of EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I ordered the insoles to provide extra cushioning and support for outdoor activities. I was glad they included a size chart to help trim the size of the cushion if necessary to fit in your shoe. The best part I found was that the size was already the exact size I needed for my 11.5 sized foot, so no trimming was needed. I removed my prior insoles and easily inserted the new ones. I immediately noticed how comfortable they were and that I could tell a difference in the amount of cushioning compared to my prior brand. I am pleased with the purchase and recommend others make sure to choose the right size option so they can benefit from a good fit as well.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Customer photo review of EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I have used various shoe inserts for many years to increase the height of the arch. I have bone spurs and with a good arch support, it is no problem. I tried the Hiking insoles in my Skechers shoes and they seem to work well. I haven't noticed any pain problems using these inserts. Ordinarily I put the arch supports under the inserts that come with the shoes. In this case I put them over the shoe inserts and they do come out at times when taking the shoes on/off if I don't open the laces enough. I would guess that these hiking insoles would work very well for hiking. I'm in my 70's and don't do much hiking at this point but a lot of walking in the yard, etc.

Customer photo review of EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

The arch support is sturdy and provides excellent stability, reducing strain on my feet and ankles. The insoles have helped alleviate pain and discomfort in my feet, especially after long walks or runs. The insoles have a comfortable thickness, providing adequate cushioning without feeling too bulky. The material is breathable, keeping my feet cool and dry. The insoles fit perfectly in my shoes, with a sleek design that doesn't add bulk. They're easy to insert and remove, making them a great option for daily use.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Customer photo review of EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

These are fairly thick and cushioned. They provide good heel support and add cushion to the rest of your foot, with a higher arch. I used them in a size 10 hiking boot and they fit okay without trimming. It can probably be trimmed in the thin section by the toes if it doesn’t fit. These inserts help add some support especially for shoes that are getting worn down. Overall they are easy to install and comfortable to wear.

Customer photo review of EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I got this for my husband, and he's very happy with these insoles. He wears a 12.5 size shoe and boot. This is what he said.. The insoles fit well but due to his feet being pretty wide, he does feel that he's walking on the outer edges a bit although he said he has had much worse and it's not uncomfortable but this might not be for people with extra wide feet. The arch support is fantastic and the insoles are 'springy' to walk on. They feel very comfortable. He would recommend them and he's especially impressed with the arch support.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Customer photo review of EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

My partner told me he needed a new pair of insoles for his hiking boots. Within a week, these appeared on my recommended list. I knew itight be a long shot, but I ordered them anyway for him to try out. There was no trimming needed, in his case. When he took out the current insoles, these fit in perfectly. He's worn them for a few days now, just to make sure they still felt as good after walking awhile as they did when he first put them in, and he says they're really comfortable! The arch support is what makes it, in his case.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

These are high quality insoles that fit my foot well and provide support without sliding around in my boot. I have jungle boots I use them in and the original insole is still in there, it did not want to pull out without tearing so I just put these right on top and have been pleased by the comfort and support I have in them. I notice a different and feel like I could walk longer distances now with less fatigue. Very professionally boxed and presented. Also on the box it tells of 24/7 support for those of you needing to be talked through the fitting process at 3am. Win Win.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

These are really quite comfortable, and I'm coming from a hiking boot brand that's known for comfort right out of the box. I was hoping these would just be a passable option for me to extend the life of my boots until I grab a new pair and have been pleasantly surprised at how well they perform and how they've held up over longer hikes. I've done anywhere from 5 to 25 miles in a day with a backpack on, and these kept as comfortable as you can expect each time. Getting that correct arch support also helped, in my case, to reduce foot movement within the shoe so that I reduced hotspots and blisters

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

These hiking insoles are a huge upgrade from the insoles that came with my hiking boots. The insoles that came with my boots were basically just paper thin spongy material with zero support. These Easyfeet hiking insoles have good heel cushioning and arch support. The arch support is of medium firmness which is helpful on long hikes. The arch support keeps my foot in place and prevents it from sliding around especially when on uneven terrain. When I don't have any arch support, I can feel my feet getting fatigued a lot faster and foot pain creeps in. For the price, these insoles are a steal. I have other insoles that are 3 times the cost and these are comparable. While I don't know if 45% of the energy I am expending is returned to my legs, my steps do feel "springier" and my feet feel less tired and achy after hikes. My only wish is that instead of these being sized from S-XL, I wish these were actually cut to the proper shoe size and not left up to me to trim to the right size. Overall, these insoles are totally worth it and help my feet on long hikes.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

These are not bad at all. Very well made with nice padding and a nice cushion at the heel. The arch support is medium, more than enough for people with normal feet. I have flat feet and would have preferred a more aggressive arch support, but this actually fine even for me, my feet feel comfortable and supported. The sizing matches exactly what I ordered and I did not have to trim these insoles. These fit in my shoes perfectly. I would give this 4.5 stars because I prefer high arch support, but these clearly say medium arch and that's what they are. Good product that's well made and on spec.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I just swapped these into my shoes the other day and they are working great. Well packaged, arrived quickly, I've just been sitting on them for about a month and finally needed to use them. Started to get some big holes in the original insoles. I generally get a new pair of shoes and replace the insoles to make them last longer. These insoles were a breeze to set up, I trimmed them generally down to the last suggested cut to make them fix my size 11 shoes and popped them into place - I initially got a bit of pushback as it folded over on itself trying to push it into place, but some of them do that. Try try again and good to go. Have not had an issue since...so far I'd say these are working really great and are very comfortable!

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Very good replacements for a bulkier shoe. These will add a little bit of height over the insoles you are replacing, so be careful with your application. I tried these on a pair of Nike trail shoes and had to switch them out because they added a little too much. My heel was rubbing weirdly in the back of the shoe and my toes touching the top of the toe box. You might get different results after wearing them a little bit and smushing them down, but just a word of caution. Otherwise they were very easy to trim for fitment, includes a template to help you get the right size. They are very comfortable and have a good amount of absorption, not too squishy or firm, right in the middle.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

My husband did have to take his old insoles out to use these, but these fit his shoes great and once in he was a lot more comfortable. They have good padding and support. They have been very durable. He works in them and they have lasted more than a month and a half already - he can really wear insoles out fast normally, but these are going strong and the padding is still working for him.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I ordered these insoles to replace worn ones in my shoes. I have prior experience with foot issues so am pretty cautious with my footwear. I have a moderately high instep and carry a few extra pounds, and at the end of the day my feet are typically cranky. After replacing my insoles with this brand, my feet are remaining pretty comfortable by evening with normal activity.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I have high arches, am susceptible to plantar fasciitis, and play a lot of sports and actively exercise, so I try a lot of different orthotics and arch support footbeds to find good ones at a good price. This set is especially nice as it has a good firm supportive arch support and full length foot bed that fit nicely into my hiking shoes and athletic footwear. Hiking in them felt really comfortable and supportive, with no noticeable ankle roll or pronation. The extra bit of carbon fiber in the arch is unique and may be the secret to this set's success. Overall these footbeds are great value for anyone who is looking for extra underfoot support in their hiking or any shoes. Right now, I would put them near the top of the various arch supports and foot beds I have tried recently. I'm interested in seeing how they hold up over time and through the summer season. Based on what I'm experiencing so far I definitely recommend them.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

These hiking insoles from Easy feet work well to provide cushion and support that is helpful when hiking or for every day walking. They provide a nice amount of cushion that helps when walking over rough terrain or hard floors. This can help reduce ankle, arch, and knee strain. They have a medium arch support which is right for me, as well as a heel cup for more stability They can be cut down to size if they are too big. It comes with a sizing guide, and it's also marked on the bottom of the insoles for easy adjusting. I used these to replace the worn out insoles in my hiking boots, and it has made a big difference in comfort, and I am experiencing less strain

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I added this inserts to a good pair of hiking boots that I have been using for a year. The were getting worn and I wanted to put some life into them again. I did have to trim these a little in the front to make them fit my shoes correctly. The inserts do provide good arch support and they were very comfortable while on my hike. I'm excited that they have added odor management. I can report that after two hikes, they smell good so I hope the effects last.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I'm reviewing EASYFEET Hiking Insoles, Lasting Comfort on Any Terrain, with Arch Support. My husband likes extra arch support in his shoes. He has a pair of shoes he bought to wear around the house, but found that there wasn't enough support, so he's been wearing other shoes instead. He added these insoles to this pair of shoes, and he can now wear them comfortably and is getting the needed arch support. The guide made it easy for him to trim them down to the needed size. They look to be well made and durable.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I always add a set of insoles to my sneakers for extra cushioning, support and comfort. While I don't suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, I do like firm arch support. As I am a men's size 8, the "Small" size is a good fit. These Hiking insoles are listed as the "Ultimate" comfort and "Superior" support. Unlike other insoles, these are the first set where I didn't have to trim at all, (a perfect slide in fit). They are ultra comfortable and do offer excellent arch support.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I obtained these to replace some worn out shoes I use for work. I walked with them several miles yesterday and they're very comfortable - almost no 'break-in' period, and they certainly gave my old shoes some new life. I'm wearing them right now in fact, and plan to walk another 4-5 miles this evening. The sizing is extremely accurate - I wear a 10.5 shoe, and without any trimming they fit fine. The arch support is great - not extreme, but not too shallow either. My wife and I do quite a bit of hiking, and I have to imagine these would be perfect. Highly recommended!

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Nice! I hike a lot and travel to hike so I can blow through some shoes. Usually I get la sportiva shoes and love how versatile they are but the soles aren’t great after like 200 miles. I have tried other inserts but usually after I cut them and get on my extreme incline treadmill I regret the purchase. THESE are not a regret! I’m actually wearing a newer pair of la sportivas that I’ve barely worn bc of the insole. So I’m actually saving money with this purchase!

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Really straightforward to cut to size using the template. Great instructions. Super simple to insert into your shoes and immediate difference in the way your feet and legs will feel. I found these did not impact the way my shoes fit, as some insoles may. They are great to wear and easy to customize. It took me less than 5 minutes from opening the package to walking around, which I did for the rest of the day, and I did not notice or feel the insoles other than to feel a bit more cushioning on my feet -- my feet did not feel tired by the end of the day as they sometimes do. These are great and they fit into my sneakers and boots equally quite well.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I have fairly flat feet so I was quite worried when I saw the built-in arches in these insoles, but they are soft and cushion-y enough that the arch doesnt hurt my feet at all. I installed these in some trail runners from Salomon that have pretty basic soles with very little internal support...just the simple liner that separates the foot from the shoe, and suddenly these shoes are not only comfortable to walk/run in, but they actually do make me want to wear them in other places. I dont know how much I believe the 'energy return' statements of the insoles, but I will attest that my feet feel much less tired after a day in these than they did before I installed them. Worth every penny and highly recommeded.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I ordered these for my partner who has kind of smaller feet. He did have to trim them to fit his hiking boots, but that was pretty easy and kind of expected. I know I personally have to trim my insoles whenever I get new ones. He says they're very comfortable without adding a bunch of additional bulk and making his boots feel cramped on his feet. As he gets older, his feet have started to hurt on longer walks, and these really seem to help. I might have to get some for myself!

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I like this pair of insoles for their nice support at the arch. They bulge up at the arch regions and I can also see the material of solid polycarbonate beside the special shape. On the other hand, they have soft regions at the heels and the balls that would absorb the shocks. The surface is also tough with fabrics layers to resist friction and to protect the soft foam material underneath. There are 4 guidelines on the toe regions to help trim off the extra material to fit in the shoes. They are a nice pair of insoles.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

The EASYFEET Hiking Arch Support inserts are very nice. I got the size Medium because I wear a 10.5 US shoe. They are very rugged feeling and have a good thickness to them to keep the feet comfortable. The arch is very pronounced and I need that because I'm completely flat footed. I've been wearing arch supports my entire life and have gone through many over the years. These are very good quality. They almost fit in my shoes perfectly without any trimming, but not quite. I had to trim off the last line that's outlined on the bottom of the support. One thing to note, as mentioned above, is that the supports are fairly thick, which is great for comfort, but bad if you have low profile shoes without a removable stock insert. I have a pair of low profile Adidas and my feet feel too squeezed with these inserts. However, I have a pair of hiking/running shoes that are a bit looser and these feel great in them. So just keep that in mind. Overall, excellent arch supports. They keep my feet cozy and provide the support I need and take the stress off of my ankles. Price is a tad on the high side but you're getting a good product. 5/5 stars.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

The EASYFEET Hiking Insoles for Men are extremely comfy and makes long days on your feet just a little bit more tolerable. Using these in my workboots for home. Super comfy even from the beginning, whereas some insoles need to be broken in to fit right. Had to do a little trimming to get them to fit just right, but that was easy since the bottoms have lines as a template to cut to the right size. These insoles have a fairly low profile so they aren't taking up a whole lot of room in your boot while still providing an ample amount of cushion. Each insole has a little bit of arch to them so no issues with gaps or flat-footed pain. Really enjoyed the bounciness of the heel as it gives you a little pep in your step. After working in them for an entire day, my feet (and legs and body) felt so much better than without the insoles. Highly recommend these insoles for anyone who is going to be on their feet for prolonged periods of time or have generally uncomfortable footwear.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Compared to other similar priced insoles, these are a very good product, though I don't think they outperform much higher priced semi-custom orthotics that I've purchased at running stores (after going through the free digital foot analysis provided at the store). I should note that I am a size 10.5, 2E foot size, so I intentionally ordered the larger size, taking a chance that I could trim down any excess material. I'm glad to say that it was easy to trim down, so I'd suggest ordering the larger size if you are in between sizes or have a wide foot. The arch support is medium, and I did find it helpful to break them in on a couple of quick hikes before going on all-day hikes. I think they performed better than the newer generation gel or foam insoles that don't provide as much arch support.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I wear a stability shoe- I have low arches and I over-pronate. Unfortunately, stability shoes aren't always easy to find, and are frequently more expensive than standard shoes. These insoles aren't perfect- I won't use them to substitute for a proper stability running shoe- but I have no qualms about slapping them in any other pair of shoes. I've used them in my normal walking around shoes, my lawn-mowing beat up old shoes, and my hiking boots. No knee pain, no plantar fasciitis pain, no shin splints. They'll fit a Men's 11.5 without cutting them down with a little convincing.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

These insoles not only come with a stiff paper template so you can see how well they will fit your shoes, but cut lines are also printed on the bottom of the insoles. I put these into an older pair of hiking shoes that never had a good pair of insoles to begin with. They were molded and they were better than many insoles, but they didn't provide as much support as I was looking for. These are so much better that I wish I had had these many hikes ago. The different regions of the insoles provide support for the different foot structures. I placed these in shoes that were wide but on the smaller end of the size range for these insoles and the size is good after I cut them according to the template.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

I walk four to six miles most days. My favorite walking shoes have begun to wear and I mostly felt the discomfort on the bottom of my feet. When I removed the insoles I wasn’t surprised to see them worn flat. Before replacing the entire shoe I decide to give these hiking insoles a try. The immediate pleasant surprise was that even though these inserts were not specifically sized for my feet, when I matched them up against my existing insole I found I didn’t have to do any cutting. They slipped into my shoes as if they’d been made specifically for them. I immediately felt the difference of the strong arch support. During my walk, I felt bouncy along the entire length of my feet. I’m glad my shoes are comfortably useful once more. Hopefully these insoles will continue to deliver support the remaining lifetime of my soles.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

Used these on my 2025 Montana Elk hunt. Was a replacement of the standard inserts and they had great comfort and sizing to fit my boots. I did a lot of hiking all they way up to 8500 feet in elevation and it wasn't my feet that were sore after 20k+ steps per day. Did not cause any pain, instability, or discomfort. Was a lot more of a relief than the standard inserts in my Bellville boots.

EASYFEET Hiking Lime Kinergy - Neutral Trail Insoles for Hiking Support (Low Arch)

My husband loves these insoles because they put a spring in his step! They fit his shoes without trimming (size medium fits his 9.5 walking shoes perfectly straight out of the box), which is a convenience. We’ve found that with a good set of supportive insoles, we can get away with less expensive shoes if we sub the good ones for the ones that come with the shoes. These Easyfit insoles have the arch very slightly forward compared to the ones that came with the shoes, and it turns out the more forward arch support is better. These slightly spongey insoles can also be used in his leather dress shoes that he rarely wears so his feet will be more comfortable.
