Have been using shoe insoles for a while because of foot pain and was always looking for a better option. This pair of insoles really amazed me. They have not only arch support but also thick cushions at both front and back. They were much more comfortable than those I was using. They are a bit hard so it was not easy to insert into shoes. On the other side, the hardness made the insoles stay in place and in shape. I would like a pair of this insoles for all of my shoes.
Makes my safety toe boots feel brand new and the support in all of the right places, my feet don't hurt after working all day like the standard sole or other soles I've tried. No other sole compares to the comfort, support, or variety than this companies soles.
To start off with, arch support insoles can be pretty hit or miss as they largely depend on the person and the shoes they are wearing. It may take a couple of tries/brands for you to find the right fit. The best option is to get custom orthotics, but those are incredibly expensive. Then you have these types, generic versions that are budget friendly but not perfectly customized. But if you are experiencing feet pain from flat feet or Plantar Fasciitis then it is worth it to find something that works for you - and your shoe. Personally I tend to use 2 different brands, 1 brand in my day to day shoes and another in my hiking boots, as they both provide arch support for my feet but do not work well in every shoe.
These insoles happened to work for me, but there is no guarantee they will work for you. I would try a sports store first to try them out before committing to an insole. Arch wise, they tend to be a bit on the bigger side, I would say a bigger arch than the blue superfeet arches but smaller than the big green superfeet arches. They are designed to be trimmed down, so don't feel bad about cutting the ends a bit so they fit better in your shoe. If you suffer from feet pain, I strongly recommend that you invest in some insoles because they make a world of difference, although it may be a bit tough to find a pair that works for you and your preferred shoe. Shoes considered "stability" shoes tend to be better for people with Plantar Fasciitis, so I would look into that too.
I put these insoles in my running shoes (which are really walking shoes) after trimming them to fit. I didn't use the lines on the underside of the insole, I just held the insole that came with the shoes against the new one and cut to fit. I accidentally cut off a little too much from one insole, but that didn't end up to be a problem because my toes don't go to the very tips of my shoes. Once the shoes were on, I couldn't feel my mistake.
The original shoe insoles were already pretty cushiony, so I didn't feel much difference with these. Where I did feel a difference was at the balls of the feet. The extra cushioning felt weird at first but I got use to it very quickly. The arch support on these insoles was better than the original insoles, so that also improved the comfort of the shoes.
I think these would be more beneficial in a shoe or boot that doesn't already come with a cushioned insole. However, when I tried putting the insoles in one of my pairs of boots (fashion boots, not work or hiking boots), the insole was too thick and made the boots too tight.
After being quoted crazy prices in a foot store, we selected these from descriptions. They are doing the job for my husband. He has pain relief for when walking our pets. They are staying in place with no slippage in the shoe. They are sturdier than other over the counter flimsy ones. We will reorder if they ever wear out!

I ordered the XL size. I compared the size to my most recent pair in my walking shoes. They were an exact match and required no trimming for the perfect fit in my shoes.

First thing you should notice that makes these different from other insoles is there looks to be extra cushioning in the ball area of the foot.
These are very light and don't add any weight to the shoes.

I've needed to 'upgrade' the fit of many of my shoes thanks to high arches. These are an excellent solution. Very nice quality materials, and thoughtful design.
The footbed is sturdy and distributes weight nicely; areas under the heel and ball of foot have just the right shock absorption and rebound to improve a thin soled shoe. (The insole itself is thicker than many others, keep that in mind when choosing application and you'll definitely need to remove the original.
Large was oversized, and cutting it down will need your best scissors to do it right [mostly neoprene though]. No problems there either.
Instep and arch underlayment are of sturdy plastic which limits flexibility slightly, but for high arches these are fant
Fits my size 10 boots perfectly with no cutting. Make sure to take the original insert out first. Supports feet well and feels like this will last at least a year with regular use. I don't notice any less back or foot pain, but they are comfortable. I'd get these again.
This is my second purchase from this brand. The first one was too comfortable, the leg got used to it, now I took a model with more rigid support. When I stand on my feet all day, I need strong foot support. At the same time, the foot reacts normally - there is no discomfort. Also a convenient feature - you can cut the edge a little to fit a specific shoe configuration. Overall assessment - the product works.

I didn't have a break-in period, the insoles fit perfectly right away. They were comfortable to wear throughout the day and alleviated some of the heel pressure. At the end of the working day, I feel full of energy, and not as before - tired. These insoles gave strength to my feet.

I could tell a huge difference as soon as I started walking with these. They are comfortable with enough cushion to provide good heel support as well as a high arch support. The arch is a little high which is great if you need it like me, but it might be a little high for some people. They are thick enough for excellent cushion without being too thick
These fit perfectly in my shoes, but there is a guide for trimming these down if needed. After a few days using these I have less pain in my ankles and knees, and generally more comfort walking around

This is an excellent pair of insoles; they absorb shocks while running or working out. The insoles fitted perfectly inside the inexpensive sneakers I bought from the local discount store. I did not have to trim the insoles. I wear shoe size 10, and the medium-size insoles fit perfectly. Generally, my feet sweat a lot but wearing these insoles, I did not observe excessive sweat. If you want to improve the arch support and the cushion of inexpensive shoes, you need these insoles.
These are nice insole inserts for work boots or shoes. They are comfortable and provide pretty decent arch support. The hybrid material is nice and cushiony. However, they are a little on the thinner side, especially towards the front. Thus, the cushioning effect tapers off in that direction as well.

These are an excellent pair of insoles for arch support. And people who suffer from PF. I have one leg that’s longer than the other, so I really heavily on insoles to make sure my one foot isn’t pounding pavement too hard when I’m running. The extra cushion these provide works wonders. These have a nice arch support & are easy to cut. I usually just remove the insole of the shoe I’m adding them to & cut down to size, since all shoes have a slightly different shape- I find this method most convenient. Orthotic insoles totally make a difference with pain in my feet. First of all, insoles are breathable and they don't make my feet sweat. Secondly, I bought them for work boots, but they also fit perfectly for hiking.
